The smallest house in the series has a net living area of approx. 120m² on the ground floor plus first floor. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and guest WC are located on the ground floor and a spacious living room and study on the upper floor. The bathroom wall is raised to the ceiling, the living area and the staircase are open. The terrace is located under the balcony, and a large window with sliding door connects the garden with the interior.

The house is 1.30 m wider than the 120 and has a living space of approx. 140 m². In the design, the living room is located in front of the terrace, the kitchen, the dining room, a bathroom and the bedroom are also located on the ground floor. The house is suitable for east-west orientation, as the large glass façades on the front side are installed in the shade of the balcony and roof. In the smallest design of this house type, the bathroom remains under the roof and does not protrude. A guest WC and bedroom are located next to the bathroom. The living room, kitchen and dining area are located at the front of the house. The solid internal staircase leads to the upper floor with another bathroom and a bedroom. The net living space of the two floors is approx. 136m².
