BARREL VAULT
Barrel-shaped vaults are constructed on ring beams, creating walls in the buildings that are only 2.30 m high. Their 3.60 m width creates rooms with a generous clear height of 4.10 m.

Five barrel vaults, each 3.80 meters high, are lined up side by side to form the so-called Casa Duplex. Originally designed as a building with two separate apartments, it can be converted into one large apartment by adding a passageway. The room width is 3.60 meters and cannot be changed due to its construction.
Casa Arcadia

A cross vault intersects the three barrel vaults, creating a spacious central room, which in this design serves as a dining room. The room height is 3.80 m (2.20 m wall + 1.60 m vault), and the vaults can be plastered inside or finished with exposed brick. The room width is 3.60 m and cannot be changed due to structural reasons.
CASA COLONIAL

The Casa Colonial is characterized by its 128 m² courtyard, which in this design includes a pool. The surrounding cross vault is supported by columns, creating a unique open space filled with light and air. The rooms are arranged along the colonnades.
CASA TRIADA

The floor plan includes two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The Casa Tirada consists of three adjacent barrel vaults. The terrace is completely covered by the vaults and is protected from direct sunlight by natural stone shading elements. The green vaults also serve as additional insulation for the living spaces.
CASA ROMANA

The Casa Romana features a floor plan with two intersecting barrel vaults, providing space for two rooms, a kitchen, and a living area. A special feature is that the kitchen and bathroom share one of the vaults. The terrace extends entirely beneath the vault and is protected from direct sunlight by natural stone shading elements.
